Job Description Summary
Operates a process to coat products or materials with oil, paint, lacquer, varnish, shellac, or rust proofing agents by performing the following duties. Process may use a machine equipped with chemical dip tanks or hand sprayers and conveyor line.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Transfer stock to and from storage. Stage raw material load for processing. Perform Machine set-up, adjustments, calibrations and first piece check. Load and unload parts from machine or finish lines. Meet MFG specification requirements for paint, stain or lacquer in finished application. Count and record part quantities. Keep equipment clean, oiled and greased. Follows health and safety standards. Maintains a clean workstation and production floor. Performs other tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the above duties. Capacity to safely lift a minimum of 20 lbs. and a maximum of 40 lbs. and push carts weighing up to 140 lbs. Ability to comprehend written policies, procedures and safety instructions. Ability to read and execute manufacturing specifications. Excellent attendance.
