Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned: Prepare reports including, but not limited to, the Daily Sales Tracker, Shipping Potential reports and Invoiced Sales by Day. Assist in the month and quarter-end closing and preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly financial statements. Perform detailed financial statement analyses, including profitability and expense analysis. Work with large amounts of data and transform the data into useful financial information for management. Perform and manage projects as assigned related to revenue processes and cost analysis. Assist the Manager, Financial Reporting with audit-related matters, Security Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, and other projects. Prepare quarterly board financial reports, monthly bank financials and other reports/presentations as required. Work directly with the President- Core Brands to provide reporting, guidance and overall assistance that allows them to better manage his team. Create the annual budget and monthly forecasts with department managers. Serve as liaison to department managers, assisting with accounting-related service matters. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance; or/ Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance and minimum of two (2) years Finance/Accounting/Reporting experience; or/ sufficient combination of education and experience. Advanced skill proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate skill proficiency in other Microsoft software including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Pay $60,000 + based on experience.
