Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned: Collaboratively work with vendors, manufacturing sites, and other stakeholders to execute the production roadmap. Help guide Souring and Manufacturing Operations with the tools for intelligent decision making, inline product development, and commercialization. Assist manufacturing and sourcing teams to create the best product possible in the most appropriate factory for the best price. Track the execution of inline product development and maintain delivery to commercialization windows. Assist inline product approval process to assure all details are finalized in time for factory to meet scheduled delivery of bulk production. Improve the capacity of all owned and sourced factories. Partner in technical decision making and provide technical direction to both sourced and owned factories. Lead the quality function for all brands. Drive continuous improvement within operational processes. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor's degree from a four-year College in Business, Engineering, or related field. Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant footwear experience or equivalent manufacturing process. General knowledge of: footwear, footwear manufacturing, design and development, fitting techniques and terminology, and Product Line Management basics. Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods. Competency in: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and Adobe Creative Suites. Key competencies should include: Business Acumen - knows how business works; knowledgeable in current trends, technology and information affecting the business. Problem Solving - uses logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions. Organizational Agility - knowledgeable of how organizations work, knows how to get things done through formal channels. International travel on a regular basis is required.
