JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Inspects facility and equipment to determine need and extent of service. 2. Assigns work in maintenance repair or renovation. 3. Compiles records of labor and material costs for operating buildings. 4. Estimates labor, material, construction and equipment cost for inclusion in departmental operating budget. 5. Oversees the establishment of work schedules, appropriate follow-up procedures, quality control review and all administrative functions. 6. Coordinates with Purchasing Department in ordering materials. 7. Responsible for establishment of a preventive maintenance program 8. Responsible for equipment usage and project completion. 9.
