Description:

  • Provide outstanding service by meeting and speaking with members to uncover financial needs and provide appropriate solutions utilizing products and services available,

  • Open and service deposit accounts for members or prospective members, including savings, checking, certificates, money markets, HSA, IRA, ACH, and ATM. Also, close accounts when necessary

  • Assist members with service needs, including wire transfers, payroll deduction/direct deposit, check and ATM requests, and statement queries

  • Assist members in the successful resolution of questions or concerns they may have regarding their accounts

  • Address member questions about mortgage loans, commercial loans, credit cards, and other products or services

  • Promote and cross-sell based on member needs all credit union products and services to increase services per household and deepen member relationships

Qualifications:

  • Two years of relevant office experience; prior lending, and financial services experience is preferred

  • Associate's degree in banking, finance, business, or a related field is preferred

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong time management, and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and web-based software packages

Hours:

  • Must be available 8:15am-5:15/6:15pm M-F with rotating Saturdays
