Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring for a RN/Clinical Supervisor in our Needham, MA office

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the clinical oversight from admission through discharge of homecare clients and patients served. This oversight will include supervision of:

  • Care management and personnel management associated with the clinical delivery.

  • Orientation and ongoing evaluation of homecare caregivers.

  • The assurance of clinical skills and competency of caregivers.

  • Caregiver development through education and training under the direction of the office clinical leader.

  • The position will be both in office and field facing with travel required to patient homes for onsite visits

    Minimum Requirements:

  • Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located)

  • Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred

  • Supervisory experience preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required

  • Proficiency in the English language is required

  • Looking for a team player with skills in time management, organization, and customer service

    Salary Details:

    Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 plus annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly
