Qualifications, Education, Experience: * Must be over 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and have your own vehicle * Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English and operate all office equipment. * Must be fluent in how to use office databases, navigate the internet, and access and maintain social platforms. * Must be able to multi-task and move easily from one task to another. * Must be able to take and follow directions. * Must be able to work together with other office staff. * Must be able to attend activities that may go beyond office hours. * Must have a thorough knowledge of our agency’s services, policies, and procedures. * Must have a minimum GED, but a 2-year degree is preferable. * 1 year of office experience, knowledge of marketing, and/or elder care Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Initiate activities in the community at large to build relationships between the agency and those who may benefit from our services or those who may want to be part of our team. * Plan and initiate activities for employee appreciation. * Work collaboratively with other office staff * Manage any database pertinent to the position * Report to Management weekly * Make/answer phone calls and answer questions regarding what services our agency provides. * Provide data gathering and compiling when requested by management. * Perform varied tasks as requested by management (filing documents, conducting market analysis, creating PowerPoint presentations, assembling mailings). Worker Attributes: * Engaging, friendly, energetic personality * Detail-oriented and organized Hours: Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00AM-5:00PM (dependent on community activities may extend). Compensation and Benefits: Starting at $22/hr - TBD an hour, depending on level of experience; plus commission.
