Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Armed Security Officer. As a Armed Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. You will do foot patrol designated areas, enforce security protocols, and respond to incidents when necessary.

Shifts Available:

Payrate $17.50 Hour

12 Hour Shifts

9am-9pm

Must be able to work during the weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas on foot

  • Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or violations of company policies

  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and requests for assistance

  • Perform access control duties, verifying credentials and maintaining proper documentation

  • Monitor surveillance systems and alarms to identify potential security threats

  • Conduct investigations and complete incident reports as required

  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when needed

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and addressing inquiries or concerns

  • Enforce company rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline

  • Follow proper protocols for locking and unlocking designated areas

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be 21 years old

  • Must have 1 year of recreational or professional firearm experience (receipts to gun range, ccw, etc)

  • Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred

  • Excellent observation and surveillance skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

  • Good physical condition, capable of walking, standing, and occasionally lifting or moving objects

  • Basic computer skills for report writing and incident documentation

-Must be able to complete a week of training
