Position Summary/Description:
The postdoc will perform experiments and analyses on stamen development, including single-nucleus isolation for RNA -Seq, analysis of RNA -Seq data, generation of wild-type and mutant plants carrying markers for different cell types, and confocal microscopy of these lines. Some supervision of undergraduate researchers will also be required.
