Job Title: Marine Electrician Supervisor

Job Description

Lead and manage a small team of Marine Electricians on vessels, overseeing the installation, termination, and testing of fiber optic and copper cable assemblies for various ship services such as power, communication, telephone, and alarm systems. Responsible for supervising electrical maintenance, service repairs of equipment and fixtures including motors, lighting, and transformers. The role involves working overtime, weekends, and traveling for extended periods as needed. Key tasks include installing, tagging, and banding fiber optic and copper cables on surface and submarine Naval Vessels, troubleshooting, and testing of fiber and copper cables and circuits, and contributing to the development of processes and procedures. The supervisor will report to the Field Service Operations Manager or Project Lead.
