Data Analytics Strategy Manager

The Data Analytics Strategy Manager will partner closely with the Kenvue Operations Reporting and Analytics Lead to set a global strategy for Kenvue, aimed at delivering data-driven capabilities across the organization. This role is pivotal in developing a comprehensive data analytics strategy for the Operations team, leading the construction of a data hub, and enhancing reporting capabilities to support Contact Center Operations with a keen focus on leading data-centric projects and initiatives.

This position reports into Reporting and Analytics Director and is based at Paranaque, Philippines.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders across various functions to understand data needs, translating them into actionable and data-driven solutions that drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

  • Oversee the data lifecycle, including collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

  • Evaluate and implement cutting-edge data technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and support the organization's data-driven transformation.

  • Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to effectively lead the construction of a data hub that serves as the foundation for developing a variety of data-driven solutions.

  • Lead the strategy for the data hub, including defining data sources, ingestion methods, and establishing a robust data governance framework to ensure data integrity and compliance.

  • Champion efforts to leverage data analytics and insights in driving organizational change, fostering a culture that values data as a critical asset for innovation and competitive advantage.

  • Lead and manage a team of data analysts, setting priorities, assigning tasks, and providing mentorship to nurture a high-performing team dedicated to excellence in data management and analysis.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience, with a proven track record in leading data-driven projects and initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, IT, or Supply Chain.

  • Experience in leading, developing, and managing operational data and/or reporting programs and teams within a shared services organization; experience in Procurement, Finance, or HR is preferable.

  • Proficiency with BI tools (such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI), and a solid understanding of information and data architecture principles.

  • Strong Knowledge in Power Query

  • Strong data management and governance experience, with a focus on leading efforts to utilize data as a strategic asset.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
