This is a job for a Driver position with a company located in Natchez, MS.

Job Summary: We're hiring Drivers that will respond to emergency and/or non-emergency requests for transportation needs and deliver high-quality care, treatment and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities: Drivers will respond to operation and dispatch requests and use the necessary tools, maps and addresses to efficiently transport customers to and from facilities in a timely manner. Clearly document trip information details and adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights. Take pride in maintaining a safe and clean vehicle environment for patients, complete the regular mechanical checklist at the start of shifts and report any vehicle issues to the Fleet Manager as needed. Use appropriate communication methods including standard radio transmission codes to effectively respond and route patients and comply with the company's information security standards. Drivers will operate transportation equipment including stretcher, hydraulic lift, wheelchair as well as be able to use protective personal equipment and manage disposal of supplies as necessary. Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow drivers and operations team.

MinimumRequired Qualifications: State Driver's License. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). CPR card. Driving record in compliance with company policy. Pass Physical Agility Test. Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
