Magnolia Bluffs Casino LLC Cage Supervisor in Natchez, Mississippi

Are you a fun and energetic person with a desire to grow your career in the casino industry? Magnolia Bluffs Casino is looking got a full time supervisor to oversee our Cage Department. This position is responsible for the direct oversight of daily activities including: 

  • Assisting with employee relations and the recruitment process.
  • Provides supervision, guidance and evaluates all Cage personnel.
  • Responsible for daily and weekly schedule assignments of Cage personnel.
  • Provides support and information to gaming department.
  • Operates cashier station, financial service window, claim center and main bank.
  • Complies and enforces all State regulations and company internal controls and policies.
  • Monitors, fills and repairs self-redemption units.
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.

The candidate that will be most successful in this role will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent along with two (2) years of cashiering experience. Previous gaming experience is a plus but not required. You will be required to learn and follow state gaming regulations as well as Currency Transaction Reporting requirements so the ability to learn quickly and apply will be critical.
