Job Description

Responsabilities

  • Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge related to wind turbine installation, large component exchanges, and crane operations.

  • Provide on-the-ground technical support to field teams during installation and maintenance activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to share technical expertise, best practices, and lessons learned.

  • Conduct training sessions for technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

  • Contribute to the development and customization of tools required for the installation and maintenance of wind turbine components.

  • Work closely with the engineering team to enhance and optimize tool performance based on field feedback.

  • Provide guidance on the safe and efficient operation of uptower cranes during various wind turbine activities.

  • Perform validation and critical analysis of rigging plans

  • Evaluate Crane suppliers for major component exchanges

  • Develop standard operating procedures all Filed Services operations ensuring ensure adherence to safety protocols.

  • Ensure Field Service activities are in compliance with technical norms applicable.

  • Conduct investigations and root cause analysis related to Field Services quality matters.

  • Maintain and update documentation related to regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to standards and requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with Wind Turbines Operations and Maintenance

  • Minimum of 4 years experience with Wind Turbines Major Component ExchangesKnowledge of local and international crane companies.

  • Knowledge of lifting, hydraulic, pneumatic tools, and suppliers.

  • Analytical, logical and problem solving skills;

  • Good communication and writting skills;

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative area (Engineering)

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office.

  • Able to operate independently and as part of a team to meet the demands of a rapidly developing business;

  • Experience in the Crane industry

  • Fluency in Spanish.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Project Management knowledge.
