AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYPERFORMANCE MEASURES (QUANTITATIVE / QUALITATIVE)

1Lead - Packaging Quality

  1. End to end Supplier Quality performance management – RFT, In process Quality

  2. Food safety certification for all Primary pack suppliers

  3. Drive supplier improvement projects in co-ordination with R&D and suppliers.

  4. Drive improvement with PM Suppliers (Incl. Market bottle Quality)

  5. Risk assessment for all I&R/craft/productivity projects.

  6. Quality validation of POCs, new startups, sign off and handover for BAU.

  7. SAP QM – Master inspection plan – custodian.

  8. Market survey / Quality assessment of new launches

  9. Implementation & Custodian of change control process and standards

  10. Drive improvements in Packaging quality and markets through supplier improvements.

  11. Training and Development of Unit Quality on PM Sop’s and PM Inspection methods & trouble shooting.

  12. Drive improvements in GRMS, GMP, L1 standards.
