Paid Time Off:
Envision Healthcare offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.
Summary
This position supports all aspects of Treasury Operations. It includes providing customer service to both internal and external groups and working with all banking partners, for each segment of the company. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Treasury.
Provide customer service for Treasury from both internal and external groups
Work with various banks to obtain regularly requested information
Process wire and ACH payments for the organization
Review bank exception items daily and report unusual or fraudulent items
Monitor electronic payment file processing
Support streamlining Treasury processes and procedures across the organization
Send check positive pay files to bank
Administer bank system maintenance and setup
Communicate by phone and e-mail on Treasury processes
Assist in various Treasury projects and analysis
Organize and prioritize information and calls
Create documents using Microsoft Office applications
Special projects as needed
Regular and reliable attendance required

Ability to recognize and define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and correct errors. Ability to understand and interpret basic financial data. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of forms and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Must demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Must be able to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently while maintaining a professional, courteous manner.
Must be able to work well with others.
Strong verbal and written communication and customer service/vendor management skills required.
High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information.
Must be able to exercise good judgment and positively influence and lead others, including handling confrontations with poise and efficiency.
Must be flexible, resourceful, and have a “can-do” service attitude.
Based on business need, have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings as approved in advance.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
No experience required.
Treasury or banking experience a plus.
