Description :

The Tax and Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting equity management and tax projects directly and indirectly related to company stakeholders. This role will work directly with tax to ensure proper maintenance of equity documentations, records, and working capital calculations.

Essential Job Functions:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Completes ad hoc projects requiring data compilation and integrity

  • Ensures the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of calculations through data validation and reconciliation processes; Identifies and resolves data inconsistencies or variances

  • Assists in preparing distribution and tax communication, equity purchase, sale and grant documents along with debt covenant and package

  • Continuously evaluates and improves processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

  • Collaborates with FP&A and business leaders to prepare and update the cash forecast

  • Monitors the credit facility and revolver availability, assists with issuance of letters of credit

  • Maintains relationships with our banking partners and works with them to improve processes

  • Assists with transaction research and analysis; reviews and settles intercompany balances

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in treasury and accounting functions required

Location: In office.

Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.

Travel Requirements:

Less than 5% (almost no travel)

Frequent: Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion.

Occasional: Standing and bending.
