The ideal candidate is a creative, demonstrated leader with strong ability to challenge ambiguity, superior analytical abilities with extensive experience in process improvement and digitalization in procurement / Source to Pay. Ideal candidates have extensive experience with process analysis, mapping AS/IS processes and define TO/BE by leading project teams.

At the core of the position is to bridge the gap to the best-in-class Taxonomy solutions in order to solve the needs of internal Global Procurement Operations customers. This opportunity requires the excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This position involves regular communication with senior management on progress, risks and change control. Ability to steer extended cross-discipline virtual teams as well as project management and executive presentation skills are essential to this role.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead of a) strategy and intake b) program management and adoption and c) serial-life support and continuous improvement

• Identify key business challenges to be solved through digitalization and map with best-in-class

• Influence the overall GPO Capability Model strategy and long-term roadmap

• Lead high-complexity end-to-end procurement innovation and programs: from identifying the key business challenges, designing the right mechanism of change and delivering the desired strategic outputs and business objectives

• Design an iterative process of development, adoption and inspection and identify areas of improvement for next iteration

• Lead change management and adoption of the new process or SOP across the procurement function and business stakeholders

• Regular communication with senior management on progress, risks and change control

• Key metrics: customer experience, efficiency, adoption...

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience defining and executing program requirements

  • Experience being responsible/leading large and complex negotiations

  • Experience in supply chain

  • Process mapping experience (AS-Is and To-BE)

  • Risk and Gap identification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
