You are:

An experienced SAP Ariba Procurement and Supplier Management Lead able to own the technical support of the Financial and Accounting Platforms

The Work:

  • Works to maintain the Ariba system to align with business goals and objectives.

  • Proven experience working with SAP Ariba, including configuration of workflow processes and systems integration.

  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and best practices, with experience in process optimization and workflow automation.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Strategize with various business units to ensure Ariba processes align with current business requirements.

  • Log and monitor technical issues through the Ariba ticketing system.

  • Coordinates all system changes with the Procurement and IT Teams to ensure data integrity within Ariba & SAP.

  • Perform routine system testing and analysis to evaluate user adoption and identify system efficiencies.

  • Conducts user system training.

    This role is located in Nashville, TN and will require on-site 2-3 days per week.

Here’s what you need:

  • A minimum of three years of SAP Ariba Procurement and Supplier Management experience including experience with SAP ECC, S4HANA, SAP Ariba functional knowledge and procurement business processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Bonus Points if:

  • Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills

  • Self-motivated and independent with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for work.

  • Strong technical aptitude, with proven experience with technical help desk and software support activities preferred.

  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills to define and understand business needs and determine appropriate solutions.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with client and team members to help navigate through problems, decisions, and related implications.

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with experience working both independently, and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information and facilitate understanding of system capabilities and limitations to non-technical users.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
