Job Summary and Qualifications

The Program Manager-Training & Development (T&D) is responsible for implementation and management of training and development programs for the Physician and Provider Relations (PPR) team.

What you will do in this role:

  • Work with PPR corporate team, Division PPR VPs, and T&D partners (HCA Leadership & Organizational Development team, HCA Leadership Institute team and Parallon) to implement, coordinate and maintain a comprehensive T&D program for all PPR field teams and leadership.

  • Utilize available standardized courses and processes to the extent possible and/or organize and lead stakeholder work groups to develop new content.

  • Collaborate with PPR corporate team and T&D partners to design, deploy and manage training programs for onboarding new hires, professional development of leaders (Management Development Group) and ongoing skills training including data & analytics, GrowthLink and other new tools deployed to the field

  • Create communication plans to enhance awareness and build adoption for strategic initiatives; collaborate with PPR corporate team to ensure communications reflect PPR brand and are consistent across initiatives.

  • Coordinate annual PPR compliance training with ethics & compliance officer and senior legal counsel, as well as additional legal/compliance training as needed.

  • Measure program effectiveness by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and comparing results against expected performance objectives and scorecards.

  • Assess effectiveness of training in terms of participant accomplishments and performance – evaluate enterprise data and provide summary reports for group and corporate level stakeholders.

  • Regularly monitor, evaluate and update the offerings of the T&D program.

  • Leverage HealthStream to ensure accurate tracking of attendance and document participation for all assigned courses.

  • Establish KPIs for T&D and consistent reporting to PPR corporate team and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Equivalent work experience may be substituted.

  • Master’s degree is preferred.

  • 1 year of experience in sales training and/or healthcare is preferred.

  • 3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, client/customer relations is preferred.
