*[Job Summary: [This *Production Manager position is responsible for the conversion services production facility. This is an onsite position.

  • Review production orders and schedules to ascertain all related project data in order to plan department operations
  • Work with Sales and Project Managers in getting tests and new customers on-boarded
  • Work with Sales and Project Managers to review Quotes/POs to make sure everything is in order with the job
  • Production planning of operations by establishing priorities and resource requirements
  • Monitor employee throughputs against benchmark thresholds
  • Daily delegation and assignment of production tasks
  • Review of job output with the Project Manager to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Review and approve completed production orders for submission to accounting for invoicing
  • Analyze production and labor reports to resolve operational, resource or shipping issues to ensure minimum cost implications and prevent operational delays
  • Inspect machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and utilization
  • Maintain updated software that is used throughout the service bureau
  • Develop or revise standard operational and working practices as needed
  • Observe team to ensure compliance with standards
  • Manages client materials, data storage/archiving and data removal of old or unnecessary data from Network
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Other duties that may be assigned
