Adecco US, Inc. Process Engineer in Nashville, Tennessee

Adecco Permanent Placement has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to hire a Full-Time Process Engineer for their facility located in the Nashville, TN metro area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Guiding engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring projects meet milestones, deadlines and requirements.

  • Supporting the design team and providing guidance through brainstorming, ideation, and conceptualization of the product

  • Planning improvement projects, determining project requirements and resources needed.

  • Engaging in industry groups and staying informed about new technologies, regulations, best practices, etc..

  • Establishing, implementing, and enforcing engineering standards and procedures.

  • Providing monthly progress and cost reports to senior management.

  • Performing various engineering tasks, providing support and resolution for manufacturing issues

  • Investigating component failures and addressing underlying issues

  • Leading project meetings and reports to update project status internally and externally.

  • Offering technical solutions for manufacturing or customer issues.

  • Performing other tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in relevant engineering field

  • Experience leading projects and/or product development.

  • Knowledge of SAP, MRP systems, AutoCAD and CAE tools such as Solidworks, MATLAB, etc.

  • Experience in leading Kaizen/Continuous Improvement, root cause analysis, and other engineering functions.
