TEKsystems Inbound Customer Service Agent in Nashville, Tennessee

Job Description:

  • Inbound Customer Service Representatives are needed to support a client in the Eastern Time Zone. Agents can expect a structured work environment, where they have a set schedule with scheduled breaks (2-15 min paid) and lunch (1- 30 min unpaid).

  • Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm Eastern (7am-3:30pm CST) . OR 8:30am-5pm Eastern (7:30am-4pm CST).

  • Training is 1 week long and training runs from Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern (7am-3:30pm CST).

Customer Support Reps will be handling inbound calls from company field technicians that need assistance with a new computer system/app that the company is implementing. The field technicians might need assistance with:

a. password resets

b. how to navigate the system

c. how to upload forms into the system

d. how to connect to the system

e. troubleshooting errors they are receiving

This is a work from home position with 2 morning shifts.

Main calls inbound are coming from internal employees (Field Techs) or 3rd party technicians who need help using a new computer system.
