Imaging Order Management SME
Your role:
Manage DEFOA orders in a professional mature way Assists pro-actively Team Lead on daily operations, including managing KPI’s to agreed targets
Drives the solution of his/her problem and makes sure the correct team is involved in the resolution. Support and engage on finding standardized ways to support operational excellence via projects/Kaizens
Supports team members in resolution of their DEFOA escalations.

You have Bachelor’s Degree &/or 4-6 years applicable business experience required.
Strong influencer, empowered and capable of leading cross-functional teams.
Ability to handle pressure and take direction in a fast pace and demanding environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Advanced Microsoft Office and SAP experience is required.
Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma process improvement & analytical techniques is required.
Experience with SCM concepts - forecasting, planning, optimization and logistics - gained through work experience is preferred.
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and deliver initiatives.
Strong conceptual understanding of Global Supply Chain & Inventory Management practices & techniques desired.
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization on issues related to capacity, demand plans and business strategies is preferred.
3 years of Customer Service/Supply Chain related business or administration experience preferred
