Job Title: General Laborer : $19 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, bills of materials, or reports to determine material requirements or assembly instructions. You will be responsible for double-checking connections to ensure they match and reporting any issues to the Supervisor. Effective communication with co-workers on the assembly line is essential to ensure maximum speed and accuracy. You will also maintain and assume responsibility for equipment such as hand tools, and receive, unload, and transfer materials to different workstations. A commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment is crucial, along with adherence to company policies and procedures.

Hard Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and bills of materials

  • Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 45 lbs. consistently through a 10-hour shift

  • Experience with hand tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks

  • Commercial construction and assembly experience

Work Site
