Job Summary and Qualifications
As the Executive Compensation Consultant, you will provide analytical support for a wide range of executive compensation programs and projects designed to support business strategies. In addition, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in designing, implementing, and optimizing compensation strategies and programs across multiple levels of HCA Healthcare. Leveraging strong analytical skills and deep understanding of compensation principles, you will work on project-based assignments to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, project management, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive impactful compensation solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support the development and administration of executive compensation offers and programs
Evaluate job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate job levels, salary ranges, and pay grades
Conduct job pricing exercises using market data and internal factors to establish competitive compensation packages for new hires, promotions, and transfers
Administration and coordination of ad hoc incentive plans, including documentation, analysis and maintenance of the plans as well as the systems or databases used to manage the data
Assist with international compensation concerns and expatriate activities
Prepare communications related to compensation programs
Provide audit support for the Compensation COE
Perform routine, ad hoc, and advanced analytics
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Accounting, Tax and Payroll on compensation matter
Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and project management skills
Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions and formulate recommendations
Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to interact at all levels
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining high degree of attention to detail and accuracy helpful
Ability to maintain confidential information
Equity compensation administration a plus
Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
What qualifications you will need:
Bachelors Degree is required
Master's degree is preferred
Certified Compensation Professional is preferred
5+ years of experience in compensation related roles is required
3+ years of experience in executive compensation is preferred
