TheECT Dispatcheris responsible forassistingOperations tosupport drivers of our fast-paced organization efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for individuals who are available to work a flexible night shift workweek, including some weekend coverage.

Night Schedule:7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m., 4 Nights-on - 4 Nights-off (Nights Vary)

Responsibilities:

• Communicates in a clear and consistent mannerandwith high integrityboth internally andexternally.
• Manages drivers during extended coverageshifts.
• Accuratedata enters company computer systems.
• Escalatesand/ or resolvesproblems per guidelines.
• Works with team members to solve problems.
• Provide clear work instructions to drivers.
• Demonstrates high resource utilization.
• Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient communicator in English (Required).
• Bilingual - Proficient communicator in English and Spanish (Preferred)
• Basicknowledge ofmotor carrier operations and geography
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
