Full job description

Needed: full-time, experienced Facility Maintenance Director with experience in healthcare setting, ideally long-term care.

· Must have a Minimum of three (3) years of facility maintenance experience in a healthcare setting working in a Long Term Care Facility or Skilled Nursing Home

· Effective verbal and written English communication skills.

· Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

· Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.

· Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

· Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.

  • Supervisor of Department - Manage schedules, discliplines, education, call outs for department

  • Inservices Building Wide on facility codes and safety
