Amazon Digital Content Lead, Relay Product Insights in Nashville, Tennessee

Amazon - Middle Mile is seeking a Digital Content Lead to assist with creating engaging content to drive digital adoption of Amazon Relay products. You will be exposed to numerous applications through which Amazon is able to operationally conduct thousands of daily freight movements flowing into and out of our North American fulfillment centers and our associated fulfillment network. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a huge growth area for Amazon.

Amazon is looking for a Digital Content Lead that has a background in digital content creation and creative problem resolution skills. In this role the Digital Content Lead will continuously work with stakeholders to build trust-based relationships in order to launch end-user facing content to help guide and understand user sentiment to make better tech products while creating long-term, systemic solutions for a world-class customer experience. In this role, the Digital Content Lead will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to on-portal content creation.

Key job responsibilities

• The role will require the candidate to quickly understand content requirements, understanding of user facing software, editing tools and operation workflow tools.

• The content lead needs to continuously adapt and learn new features within the editing tools and improve their acumen to quickly edit and deploy content.

• The content lead will need to be aware of operations metrics like productivity, quality and service level agreement (SLA). The content lead will be measured on compliance to these metrics, SLA requirements, QA guidelines, team and personal goals.

• The content lead should be a team player and come up with improvement ideas to their direct report and improve the publishing/QA process.

• The content lead will need to contact stakeholders globally to provide status reports, communicate relevant information and escalate when needed.

• The role requires a bachelor’s degree with exposure to HTML/CSS, Power Point, graphics editors, basic data analytics.

• In addition, the associate should have attention to detail, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

• The candidate needs to perform regular checks on deployed content to qualify the user experience. Report results and communicate them to others within the team.

• The candidate needs to be proficient or have experience with graphics editing software, Power Point and Excel

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of work experience in UX/Marketing/Digital Content industry

  • Experience working on digital content creation processes

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent

  • Knowledge of MS Excel based tools and familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data through SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Lean and Six Sigma

  • Experience in transportation, marketing, and/or user experience (UX)

  • Data management & data quality control experience with experience pulling and analyzing large sets of data

  • Creative content creation experience with data driven solutioning

  • Experience with software tools to create and edit digital graphics

-Experience creating GIFs and other media

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $65,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
