Role Definition

  • Manages customer service activities and initiatives for business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Leads a team in developing and implementing strategic customer service initiatives.

  • Ensures achievement of service levels and effective collaboration with other business units.

  • Coaches customer service team to achieve performance goals and objectives.

  • Allocates proper utilization of resources for staffing and workload distribution.

Skill Required:

  • Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.

  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

  • Customer Service Management: Knowledge of customer service priorities and ability to utilize tools and techniques for maintaining an environment where all understand, and are committed to providing excellent service to internal and external customers.

  • CRM Systems and Technologies: Knowledge of CRM systems and technologies; ability to deploy appropriate tools and technologies for improving customer interactions and customer servicing.

  • Customer Support Function: Knowledge of the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and overall organization of the customer support function or department; ability to properly support customer inquiries and bring problems to a timely resolution.

  • Provide strong servant leadership, prioritizing team growth and well-being, fostering collaboration, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

  • Extensive experience in Oracle, capable of leveraging their expertise to optimize and enhance our systems and processes

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of chart of accounts and financial statement.

  • Strong interest in process improvement and learning new technology.

Additional Information:

  • This role is a hybrid position and would require any successful candidate to commit to a 3 day per week in office requirement.

  • Relocation is available for this position.
