Job Title: Commercial HVAC (Sheet Metal) Helpers Job Summary: We are seeking Construction helper candidates who are interested in a career in the Construction/HVAC trades. As a Sheet Metal helper, you will be responsible for assisting with the installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC/R systems. If you have mechanical knowledge and experience in the field service industry, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities include assisting with: - Install, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems - Weld and fabricate sheet metal components - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC/R systems - Perform preventative maintenance on equipment - Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience: - Strong mechanical knowledge - Experience in field service or a related industry - Proficiency in welding and fabrication of sheet metal components - Familiarity with air conditioning, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, and appliance repair - Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings - Excellent problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship - Strong communication and teamwork skills
