Required Skills:

Business Planning & Operations Program Manager, Insights Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and champion a vision for defining and continuously assessing the operational health of GBG.

  2. Identify the critical metrics to inform GBG operational health and champion and drive measurement and accountability.

  3. Act as the functional leader of operational insights and as a Subject Matter Expert on quantitative and qualitative analysis and insight generation.

  4. Lead analytical insight generation, storylining, and content development on the basis of survey and internal operational data.

  5. Coordinate a centralized process to understand and capture the global view of sales and their operational needs and priorities.

  6. Steer and manage recurring projects and processes to gather, coordinate, and disseminate key operational insights.

  7. Engage business leaders to drive alignment and achieve desired objectives on the basis of operational insights.

  8. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field and two years of work experience in job offered or in a consulting, business planning, or project management-related occupation.

  2. Requires two years of experience in the following:

    1. Collaborate with teams to drive deliverable development and execute strategies through industry research, data analysis and synthesis, and discovery of insights to drive business recommendations
    1. Prioritizing future initiatives by creating operational roadmaps and implementation plans to aid in implementing solutions and engaging transformation initiatives necessary to reach target outcomes
    1. Design and oversee qualitative and quantitative research activities, including hypotheses development and models/methods to test each hypothesis to understand business drivers and company performance
    1. Build quantitative models and analyze large and complex data sets to generate/support insights and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations utilizing MS Excel or Tableau
    1. Develop storyboards to convey key messages concisely and effectively to an executive audience.

Public Compensation:

$222,852/year to $234,520/year + bonus + equity + benefits
