Key job responsibilities
Design and develop scalable data warehouse solutions and pipelines
Create complex data processing jobs using SQL, Python, and AWS technologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver insights
Conduct advanced data analyses to support decision-making processes
Implement best practices in reporting, analysis, and documentation
A day in the life
Your day begins with a virtual stand-up meeting, connecting with team members across the US and Europe. You dive into analyzing a complex dataset related to import shipment delays, using your SQL and Python skills to uncover insights. By midday, you're collaborating with logistics program managers to translate these findings into actionable recommendations. In the afternoon, you're fine-tuning a Redshift query to improve dashboard performance, then jumping on a call with the data engineering team to discuss integrating a new data source. You conclude your day by documenting your progress and outlining priorities for the following day, ensuring continuous advancement of the team's analytical capabilities.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
Experience with building and maintain basic data artifacts (e.g. ETL, data models, queries)
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree, or Advanced technical degree
Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
