Electronic Combat Systems is looking for a systems engineer to contribute to the technical development on a program within our defense portfolio. As a Systems Engineer, you will work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test our Electronic Warfare systems. Focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions through the lifecycle of system development which includes requirements development, design analysis, and integration & test.

Job responsibilities may include:

Creation and/or review of operational concepts

Creation of systems, software, component, subsystem requirements

Creation of external and internal interface definitions

Creation of preliminary designs

Creation and/or review of algorithms

Creation of traceability matrix of higher level requirements to lowest level requirements

Allocation of requirements to engineering disciplines

Participation in trade studies

Participation in peer reviews

Creation of test plans

Creation of test procedures and reports

Execution of integration, verification and validation tests

Participation in customer meetings

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Technical discipline

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience in one or more of the domain or technology related to Electronic Warfare

  • Product development experience including requirement analysis, architecture, system design, integration and test

  • Experience with RF and EW systems.

  • Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions

  • Experience with Integration and test

  • Active Top Secret Clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
