Snyder Buick GMC, a reputable automotive dealership located in Napoleon, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their vehicle service needs are met efficiently and effectively.
*Responsibilities:*
Greet customers and assist them in scheduling service appointments.
Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues.
Provide recommendations and estimates for necessary repairs and maintenance.
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
Update customers on the status of their vehicle and any additional repairs needed.
Review service orders with customers, explaining work performed and associated costs.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
*Requirements:*
Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Knowledge of automotive systems and components.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer software systems for scheduling and invoicing.
Ability to create and utilize organizational systems for handling paperwork, workflow, and customer concerns and requests.
