Snyder Buick GMC, a reputable automotive dealership located in Napoleon, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their vehicle service needs are met efficiently and effectively.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Greet customers and assist them in scheduling service appointments.

  • Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues.

  • Provide recommendations and estimates for necessary repairs and maintenance.

  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.

  • Update customers on the status of their vehicle and any additional repairs needed.
