BrightStar Care Physical Therapist (Home Care) in Naples, Florida

Physical Therapist for an In-Home Care agency in Collier County (NON-MEDICARE & NO OASIS CHARTING) We are looking for a PT to join our team to work with patients living in the Naples area. East Naples, Naples, North Naples, Golden Gate City, Golden Gate Estates and Bonita Springs. Possibly Estero as well if willing/able. BrightStar Care has one mission in mind, “help others achieve more.” As a physical therapist in-home care, you have the opportunity to witness patient’s growth in their everyday life. How you will make a difference: As a physical therapist you will help patients meet their goals in the places, they call home. You will connect with your patients through their treatment plans and monitor their progress. PTs who enjoy creating their schedule, autonomy, and experience with a wide range of ages and conditions will shine in this role! We do not employ PTA’s, so you will follow the patient from admission, treatment, and discharge. We are NON-Medicare, so we have different regulations to follow. We own our technology our charting is very easy, user-friendly, and customizable to each patient and their specific needs. Patients are typically on service with us from 4-6 weeks until they transition to outpatient PT. What's required to join our team: * 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist. * Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance * Current CPR * Current PT license for FL * Bilingual preferred but not required as we do have translation services available when needed.
