Summary :

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a collaborative environment within a growing organization. The Instructional Designer acts as a Learning and Development Consultant for change initiatives and designs and implements learning experiences in support of those initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Project management skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

• An established portfolio of eLearning artifacts and experience using eLearning authoring software (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Techsmith Camtasia, MS PowerPoint).

• A high level of demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and skill in modern visual design.

• In-depth knowledge of principles of instructional design and adult learning.

• Ability to effectively facilitate in-person and virtually.

• A high-level of skill conducting independent research, writing training, and learning content.

Responsibilities :

• Consult and collaborate with line of business executive leaders to analyze how learning strategies support bottom line results

• Partner with subject matter experts to develop or curate content, organize, and oversee instructional design work support program design, create, and reinvent learning programs, curate content and digital learning experiences, and implement the design and development of multiple learning programs including program communication.

• Analyze need, design, develop, implement and measure the success of the learning solutions through ADDIE/Agile project management approach.

• Designing and creating engaging and interactive learning solutions that link to key business strategies within the organization.

• Designs, develops, implements, and evaluates training programs/projects on a variety of topics, including but not limited to sales initiatives, system learning, process and procedure.

• Consult and collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to identify and recommend talent solutions and/or interventions on assigned organizational change initiatives; develops comprehensive curriculum that is scalable globally and implementation plans for the initiatives.

Required Experience :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Instructional Design, Learning Design and Technology, Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies, Curriculum Design, Communication, English, Education, related field, or equivalent experience.

• Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, content curation, measuring learning, and content-specific certifications, are highly desirable.

• 5-10 years of experience required.

• Advanced skill set in using software programs and other applications related to design learning and learning management systems.

• Salesforce experienced required.

• Facilitation experience required.

• Whatfix or equivalent digital adoption platform experience preferred.
