Rexel USA Finance Specialist in Naperville, Illinois

The position of Finance Specialist will be based out of our Naperville, IL location!

Summary

The Finance Specialist is responsible for reviewing and resolving Direct, Job Management (JM), and Lot orders suspended in the PVR Queue, as well as resolving Direct Unvouchered Receipts (UVO’s). Completes inventory cost analysis and manages IFRS16 lease maintenance.

What You’ll Do

  • Resolve transactions in the Eclipse PVR Unapproved Report for drop ship purchase orders

  • Generate customer invoices through the Eclipse/Job Management (JM) module

  • Resolve transactions on the Eclipse Unvouchered Receipt (UVO) report for drop ship purchase orders

  • Track advances to suppliers and ensure appropriate accounting and timely clearance

  • Monitor timely processing of direct invoices to ensure earning of cash discounts

  • Perform Market to Average Cost analysis to ensure Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) is properly stated and overall commissions are correct

  • Understand and utilize Prolease software to enter and update Equipment leases using guidelines established under IFRS16

  • Utilize PowerBi to pull Transfer Variance reports and perform the analysis to identify and escalate potential cost issues

  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

  • 4+ years of experience without a degree

  • Prior experience in Solar Eclipse is a plus
