Join our leading food manufacturing client in Carol Stream, IL, as a Line Lead/Assistant Supervisor. You'll ensure adherence to company policies, prioritize safety, maintain productivity, and foster a culture of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • 1st shift; 3:30am-3:00pm Monday-Saturday 3 Saturdays out of the month.

  • Safety: Maintain a safe environment, lead safety meetings, and report any concerns.

  • Schedule Compliance: Ensure quality standards and delivery schedules are met.

  • Productivity: Oversee production to meet organizational goals.

  • Floor Management: Enforce company policies and provide constructive feedback.

  • Team Management: Lead and train production staff, participate in hiring and disciplinary processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience, ideally in food manufacturing.

  • Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP program preferred.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in English; bilingualism a plus.

  • Must be 18 or older, have reliable transportation, and pass a background check.
