Dream Whip Cook/Hoagie Maker in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania

The Cook/Hoagie Maker will be responsible for cooking hot foods (including burgers, cheesesteaks, hotdogs, etc.) and slicing and assembling hoagies.  The employee will also be cross-trained in ice cream making as well.  Responsibilities will also include preparing required ingredients and equipment; monitoring inventory levels; executing opening and closing procedures; cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment & utensils; handling & storing ingredients & food; taking customer orders at the counter and over the phone; and ringing out customers to include accepting payment and presenting food items.  Preferred skills include experience with slicers, fryers, and grills; knowledge of food safety procedures; calm demeanor to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment; comprehension and organization to follow direct orders and recipes and to correctly prepare dishes to the standards of the establishment; ability to effectively manage time and prioritize orders based on complexity.

Available shifts vary; both day (10:30-4:30) and night (4:30-8/9) shifts available for weekdays and weekends.

Must be age 18+.
