Position Summary

We are searching for an Enhancement Services Crew Member to support our growing team. You will work with a crew for the timely completion of enhancement services including but not limited to installing and upgrading landscape areas, planting seasonal color and container pots, pruning trees and shrubs, and laying sod. This role will help our team provide the best quality service to our customers by enhancing their outdoor living spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate power tools and equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compact loaders

  • Successfully plant color containers, perennials, trees, and shrubs

  • Repair and enhance client’s existing hardscapes and softscapes

  • Maintain timely work attendance, attend safety meetings and training

  • Install irrigation and perform repairs

  • Travel to various job locations, both commercial and residential

  • Prune trees and shrubs

  • Control weeds in landscape beds

  • Work 10+ hours a day Monday-Friday, some Saturdays as the season requires

  • Winter snow removal

Qualifications

  • Listen to instruction and work safely as a team

  • Dependable, enthusiastic and willing to learn and work hard

  • Able to lift 50lbs. and work in 4 season weather conditions

  • Good manners, etiquette, and professional appearance

  • Valid driver’s license
