Your Day-to-Day

  • Oversee day-to-day monitoring of operational matrix, and churn out actionable data sets from those metrics to derive insights and hypotheses.

  • Lead your own initiatives within our department and contribute/support initiatives with other regional departments.

  • Prepare regular reports on metrics and initiatives to the Regional Operations Lead and EXCO

  • Work closely with the ground operations team and external vendors in each country.

  • Travel to our branches locally and internationally, as and when required.

Your Know-How

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Consulting, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Excellent track record of 3-4 years of experience in supply chain operations, project management, and e-commerce operations, preferably in the automotive/startup industry.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and/or MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proficiency in other data analytics tools (Redash, SQL, Tableau) and/or development tools (AppSheet, Jira) is highly desired.

  • Strong understanding of project management and/or app development principles.

  • Ability to lead and motivate junior executives within the team.

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
