Job Description

Bei uns erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben:

• Sie übernehmen die Stellvertretung unseres QM-Leiters, wenn dieser

abwesend ist und kümmern sich um die Einhaltung der EASA Part 21G, EASA

Part 145, sowie EN 9100 und DIN Iso 9001

• Sie sind hauptverantwortlich für die Qualitätssicherung in der Fertigung und

Instandhaltung, inkl. supplier quality control. Darüber hinaus überwachen Sie

die Arbeitsvorbereitung, supplier qualification, Prüfpläne usw.

• Sie sind bereit, sich gemeinsam mit dem Leiter HR um die Themen HSE und

PSR zu kümmern

• Sie bereiten interne und externe Audits vor, führen diese durch und bereiten

die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse im Anschluss auf. Auch eine Unterstützung

internationaler Audits fällt in Ihren Zuständigkeitsbereich

• Sie kümmern sich um Customer returns und root causes

• Sie arbeiten aktiv an der neuen Prozesslandschaft mit. Dazu gehören unter

anderem das Review aller Prozesse auf Aktualität und Anwendbarkeit. Diese

Aufgabe übernehmen Sie als fachlicher Sparringspartner zusammen mit

unserem Leiter QM und in stetiger Abstimmung mit unserem CEO.

• Sie nehmen an Behörden-, Konzerninternen- und Kundenaudits teil und

kümmern sich in Abstimmung mit dem Leiter QM um die Nachbereitung der

Abweichungen.
