This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Murfreesboro, Tennessee area and is a full-time opportunity.
Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally Requirements - Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
IT support ticketing system experience highly valued
Command of ServiceNow Platform
Practical knowledge of Troubleshoot
Strong familiarity with Service Desk Tickets
Well-founded grasp of Ticketing System
Servicenow Application experience desired
Quality experience with Troubleshoot Hardware
General familiarity with Basic Troubleshooting
Wide ranging experience with MDM Technologies
Service Desk Tickets experience highly desired
Foundational knowledge in Support Tickets
Proven knowledge of Support Tickets
Basic networking concepts
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
1+ years of prior experience
