Boehringer Ingelheim Specialist, Training Material Development Support in Muntinlupa, Philippines

The Position

Responsible for ensuring delivery of optimal training approaches and respective training solutions for GBS processes and their related computer systems. The scope of services may consist of design, development, enhancement, maintenance and archiving of training materials as well as conducting of trainings.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Subject Matter Experts to understand the training needs, identify solution approach and work through the design and development phases.

  • Acts as Point of Contact, e. g. Project Leads for the different application areas and manages the timelines, quality, and coordination/ execution of the projects on the operational level.

  • Create graphical support to the training material created/updated.

  • Adhere to the standards and styles as defined in the Standards and Style Guide.

  • Ensure consistency across deliverables as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience as Training Material Developer or similar role (e.g. Instructional Designer, Graphic or Multimedia Developer).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Multimedia Arts, or related courses.

  • Experience with designing training materials and knowledge in SAP Enable Now is an advantage.

  • Proficient with Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and InDesign.

  • Creative, flexible and innovative team player.

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office like suites, specifically Excel.

  • Knowledge of SCORM 1.2, 2004 and AICC tracking standards, and ability to troubleshoot course issues.
