Boehringer Ingelheim Specialist, Recruitment Sourcer (APAC) in Muntinlupa, Philippines

The Position

The incumbent can be considered as an internal headhunter. Works to proactively identify and approach passive candidates through sophisticated sourcing techniques. In close collaboration with the recruiters, the Recruitment Sourcer will oversee the development of proactive recruitment marketing activities, which will be operationalized to build robust and diverse candidate pipelines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute and run overall sourcing process in recruitment, adhering to the data quality standards and deliver against defined SLAs.

  • Design and implement proactive sourcing services for a variety of roles as assigned and requested.

  • Develop passive candidate sourcing strategy and pipelines using various methods.

  • Deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business and HR-internal interfaces in driving sourcing strategy.

  • Deliver exceptional candidate slates by using well proven, passive candidate recruiting methodologies.

  • Identify potential strategic talent and introduce to the business.

  • Drive operational excellence and compliance and set high sourcing standards.

  • Manage and maintain diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds and experiences.

  • Provide reliable reports and market data to HRBPs and CoEs when required.

  • Be compliant to:

  • Legal local and regional regulations especially in a shared service environment regarding labor and employment law, tax, data protection

  • Internal risk and control processes

  • Corporate HR Procedures, Policies and SOPs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.

  • Solid background in recruitment with expertise in sourcing.

  • At least 3 years of relevant recruitment sourcing experience is required.

  • Extensive customer orientation and background in shared service set up.

  • Business fluency in English, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work across business units and geographies, with understanding of different cultural nuances.
