onsemi CAMSTAR Analyst and Developer in Muntinlupa, Philippines

  • Utilize knowledge of CAMSTAR Semiconductor suite to design and implement solutions that meet the requirements of the business.

  • Interact with business users to gather requirements and understand how these requests will address business needs.

  • Document these business requirements as use case scenarios using standard business and functional requirements template to validate if the design will result to the expected outcome.

  • Collaborate with business users, development, and testing teams to ensure documented requirements and use case specifications are cohesive and reach agreement to formally accept the specifications.

  • Support all testing phases of solutions delivery in the degree and manner appropriate for the testing phase.

  • Document systems configuration in the production environment.

  • Conduct training to business users or peers as needed.

  • Provide Level-3 support (issues that cannot be answered by levels 1 & 2 support)

  • Support the factory Levels 1 & 2 (customer facing) support team members in troubleshooting application issues.

  • Participate in project activities wherein CAMSTAR is part of the solution and travel for these projects when necessary.

  • Employ change management to ensure that business users understand and adopt to the changes brought about by the delivered solutions.

  • Employ effective risk management to identify, prevent or mitigate the risks in proposing and/or implementing changes to the production environment.

  • Identify and drive continuous improvements in all aspects of solutions delivery.

  • Complies with agreed standard IT processes and controls.
