Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer support for integration, measurement and debugging
Support for development team in customer environment
Reproducing and debugging of defects in customer environment
Debugging of system behaviour with various stakeholders (hardware / feature / OS / Suppliers / Customer)
Participating actively in system workshops with other stakeholders and customer
Reporting of analytic results and technical findings to development and customer
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Very good command of German and English
Class B driver’s licence mandatory
Several years of experience in automotive technologies
Highly customer-oriented knowledge and experience in automotive processes and standards
Prove experience in debugging tools (e.g. Vector Tools)
Strong familiarity with in-car and testbench analytic methods
Strong communication skills
Experience in working on POSIX systems (QNX, Linux) is an advantage
Programming skills are an advantage (e.g. C/C++, Python)
