  • You will analyze data in Tableau and generate reports using Tableau or Excel for analysis.

  • You will create internal communication channel posts.

  • Moreover, you will interact with internal clients via video call or chat, and provide recommendations based on their requirements.

  • You will develop knowledge management documents and operation manuals, and contribute to their ongoing development.

  • You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.

Use your skills to move the world forward.

  • You are currently studying in a IT field or a related field.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and other operating systems (e.g., iOS, Android).

  • Ideally, you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Virtualization.

  • Previous working experience with customers and modern ticketing systems is a plus.

  • You are familar with ServiceNow.

  • You have exceptional communication skills in both German and English, both written and verbal.

  • You are self-motivated, detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and be trained.
