Type of Employment: Full-Time

  • As part of your role, you identify issues and risks and engage with customers/partners or internal stakeholders to address and resolve issues. You seek to understand relationships with customers/partners/stakeholders and contribute to the drivers of satisfaction, dissatisfaction, and the root cause. You develop knowledge in intellectual property (IP) and leverage IP to complete assigned project tasks.

  • Furthermore, you identify opportunities to expand or accelerate the adoption and consumption of the cloud and Microsoft technologies.

  • You learn new technologies or services based on business demands and industry trends. You complete operational tasks and readiness, ensuring timeliness and accuracy while following Microsoft policies, compliance, and procedures.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.

  • Passion for technology and customer obsessed.

  • Enthusiasm towards leading technologies and motivation to learn and grow.

  • You must be legally authorised to work in Germany to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).
